The BAYER Group is a group of mostly Hungarian-owned companies providing complex construction and real estate services to its customers. Founded in 2002, the company’s core business was originally the construction of reinforced concrete structures, mainly in Hungary. Since then, we have expanded our core business to include general contracting, production of building materials and complex real estate development, and we are now looking for our new colleague as Business Analyst.

Requirements to fulfill the position

• College or university degree
• Good communication, analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills
• Ability and willingness to make independent decisions and work independently.
• Experience in IT development and/or software implementation
• Advanced Windows knowledge, EXCEL experience
• Intermediate level of English

Tasks

• Identify complex business problems, understand, analyze and visualize business needs and processes
• Consultation and negotiation of business specifications, system designs, documentation based on customer needs
• Design, test, coordinate, and document new system functionality test
• Handover of new or existing system functionality for live use, training, priority support in the post-implementation phase
• Identification of inefficient areas, development of new process proposals, system functionalities, suggestion for more optimal operation
• Effective communication with business and IT areas

Advantage when applying

• 2-3 years of experience
• Experience in working at a large or multinational company
• Experience in using BPMN software
• Knowledge of project management software
