The Hungarian-owned Bayer Construct Zrt.’s investments are crucial for the Hungarian construction industry.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Bayer Construct is a Hungarian-owned corporate group and one of Central Europe\u2019s leading construction and real estate development players. The company uniquely covers the entire real estate and construction value chain in Hungary, including raw material production, sales, and operations. Since 2015 Bayer Construct Zrt. offers complex services in the region. This week, two significant milestones were achieved in the company\u2019s development, which are key to further growth and market strengthening.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

In S\u00f3sk\u00fat, Bayer Construct opened its \u20ac13.9 million bathroom assembly plant, capable of producing nearly 3,000 bathroom units annually. With increased production efficiency, the manufacturing capacity expands, which not only meets the growing demand but also creates 200 new jobs in the region.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

The Factory Rescue Project includes the development of a geothermal small power plant aimed at providing the entire energy demand of the corporate group from renewable energy sources. Thanks to the \u20ac18 million investment, the plants being built in S\u00f3sk\u00fat and T\u00f6k\u00f6l will contribute 2 MW annually, supporting Bayer Construct\u2019s commitment to green energy. The project not only reduces the company\u2019s environmental footprint but also contributes to the creation of a more sustainable future.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

The S\u00f3sk\u00fat manufacturing complex is unique in Hungary. The facility is designed for mass production and allows the construction of 30,000\u201340,000 apartments annually.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Bayer Construct\u2019s developments are crucial not only for the company but also for the Hungarian construction industry and economy. In addition to sustainability, the company places special emphasis on corporate social responsibility.
