The group\u2019s first paving stone factory was established in 2008 in K\u00f6k\u00f6s, Transylvania. Later, a decision was made to expand into Hungary, leading to the construction of a new manufacturing facility near the Romanian border in Biharkeresztes. Premium-category production at this site began in 2017. One of the key factors in selecting this location was the proximity of a gravel quarry just eight kilometers away, which can supply raw materials for the next 50 years. Additionally, the cement plant in \u00c9lesd, located only 60 kilometers from the site, ensures easy access to essential materials.<\/p>\n

The new paving stone plant was built at record speed on a 4.5-hectare site, creating 80 new jobs in the region. The state-of-the-art production lines are housed in a 2,700-square-meter hall. The construction process faced several challenges during the winter months due to severe weather conditions.<\/p>\n

Once produced, the concrete paving stones are transferred to a curing chamber, where they are brought to the required strength under controlled temperature and humidity conditions over a period of 24 to 48 hours, making them ready for packaging. The chamber has a curing capacity of more than 6,000 square meters of product. As a market-leading premium manufacturer, the company focuses on producing refined paving and fence elements, using dedicated production lines in a separate facility. Surface treatments\u2014such as shot blasting, antiquing, heat-treated waxing, and in some cases, splitting\u2014are carried out with equipment unique in Hungary.<\/p>\n

Ongoing in-process quality control is conducted in the company\u2019s in-house laboratory by qualified professionals.<\/p>\n

The factory site has been designed for optimal logistics, with facilities including the production hall, raw material storage, finished goods warehouses, a weighbridge, office space, a showroom garden, and gate security \u2014 all arranged to ensure the flexible and efficient dispatch of up to 1,000 tons of finished products per day.<\/p>\n
