The carpentry workshop was established in 2017 to support the group\u2019s projects, specifically for the design and prefabrication of formwork for monolithic reinforced concrete structures.
\nThanks to ongoing development, we have acquired several high-performance CNC and other woodworking machines. As a result, our timber structure manufacturing capacity has increased ignificantly, allowing for the annual prefabrication of several thousand cubic meters of engineered wood structures, roof trusses, timber floor slabs, and light-frame building skeletons. In addition to serving the group\u2019s internal projects, the timber construction division also undertakes contract manufacturing, including on-site surveys and detailed production planning upon request.<\/p>\n

Our activities include the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Structural and production planning, as well as prefabrication of custom formwork (walls, floor slabs, structures);<\/li>\n
  • On-site surveys using high-performance scanners (point cloud surveying and processing of existing structures, facades, rooms);<\/li>\n
  • 3D design and production of custom-engineered timber structures (traditional roof trusses, walls, slabs, pergolas, carports, timber houses, log homes), in collaboration with clients and technical teams;<\/li>\n
  • Construction of roof structures, backed by over 25 years of experience;<\/li>\n
  • Our timber cutting machine can process cross-sections up to 300 \u00d7 1300 mm \u00d7 16 meters \u2013 a capability unique in Hungary;<\/li>\n
  • Optimized timber usage, anti-fungal treatment, and surface finishing;<\/li>\n
  • Design, production, and installation of staircases;<\/li>\n
  • Structural planing and the design and production of custom wooden decorative elements;<\/li>\n
  • Design and manufacturing of laminated furniture;<\/li>\n
  • Panel cutting, edge banding, CNC machining;<\/li>\n
  • Prototype or serial production using high-performance five-axis nesting and beam-type CNC machines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
