Tudásépítő-Team: Construction Industry Training with Modern Technologies
The Tudásépítő-Team Ágazati Képzőközpont Nonprofit Zrt. was established in 2022 with the aim of training construction professionals from both student and adult backgrounds who are capable of creating lasting value in the construction industry using the most advanced technologies.
The Tudásépítő-Team was founded through a unique collaboration of three major Hungarian construction companies — Bayer Construct Zrt., Market Építő Zrt., and the KÉSZ Group — without state involvement. The goal was to create a training center that meets the requirements of the “Vocational Training 4.0” strategy as efficiently as possible and can effectively respond to its challenges.
Currently, 12 programs are offered in dual training partnership, including the following:
• Carpenter
• Tiler
• Painter and decorator
• Bricklayer
• Drywall installer
• Electrician
• Building construction technician
• Civil engineering technician
• Building services technician
• Refrigeration and ventilation system installer
• Central heating and gas system installer
• Water and sewage system installer
The aim is to expand the range of vocational programs with:
• Wood industry technician
• Structural steelworker and locksmith
• Insulation technician
• Structural installer
• Welder
• Architectural sculptor and stonemason
We are also exploring the most effective educational formats for transferring digital and IT knowledge relevant to the construction industry.
A key principle of the center is not to teach trades in isolation, but rather to present their interdependence through real-world construction processes.
Our ultimate goal is to enable the simultaneous, high-quality training of up to 1,000 students in a permanent educational center.
