Project Details
In the heart of Budapest’s 14th district, next to Bosnyák Square, a new development is being built across nearly 6.7 hectares, comprising office spaces, commercial units, and a residential building.
The multifunctional urban quarter will operate with advanced geothermal energy, and all buildings will meet the A+ energy efficiency rating, offering outstanding sustainability. With its state-of-the-art equipment and modern geothermal heating system, the property ensures low utility costs, making it an ideal choice for discerning, eco-conscious buyers and real estate investors. A commercial unit will be located beneath the O1 office building, and a pedestrian promenade and green park will be developed between the buildings.
The facility’s energy efficiency is primarily provided by geothermal energy, which also powers the heating and hot water systems. A central heating unit supplies the domestic hot water, while a geothermal well provides central heating and hot water for all apartments. Each apartment will be equipped with individual meters that can be read remotely via radio signal technology. The apartments’ low utility costs are further supported by advanced thermal insulation. The complex development and construction is carried out by the corporate group. The Zenit by Bayer urban quarter is scheduled for completion in spring 2026.
