POTATO FLAKE PLANT

Potato Intake Facility:

The 2,726 m² prefabricated reinforced concrete hall accommodates the technological units for receiving and sorting potatoes. The layout of the equipment and the internal design support efficient material flow and reliable operation. From this unit, the sorted potatoes are transferred in a controlled manner to the next processing phase.

Potato Flake Plant:

The prefabricated reinforced concrete potato flake plant has a footprint of 3,205 m² and a total gross floor area of 4,620 m². It was designed and built in full compliance with the technological requirements of the processing line. In addition to the production area, the facility includes administrative, social, mechanical, and storage units that ensure reliable and uninterrupted operations and efficient production. The interior design meets the highest hygiene standards as well as fire safety regulations. Utility infrastructure works were also carried out in parallel with the implementation of the project.
