Váci Greens

Váci Greens is an A⁺ class office development in one of the capital's most dynamic business districts, with six exclusive buildings and a green community environment. The investment by the Belgian Atenor Group is being implemented in two phases on Váci út: the first four buildings of the development have already been handed over, while the construction of the other two buildings in the second phase is being carried out by our group on an area of around 50,000 square meters. The project's special feature is that the separate buildings are connected by an impressive internal garden and pedestrian promenade, and its environmental sustainability is marked by the BREEAM "Excellent" certification.
