V41 office building

The eight-storey office building on Váci út was developed by the Futureal Group, and the monolithic reinforced concrete structure was built by Bayer Construct. During the five months of construction in the second half of 2018, 5,600 cubic meters of concrete and 680 tonnes of reinforcing steel were incorporated into the A-class office building structure. With its large glass surfaces, two levels of internal green courtyards and exclusive roof terrace, the 12,500 square meter smart building won the "Greenest Project of the Year" at the Real Estate Awards.
