Millenium Gardens

At the foot of the Rákóczi Bridge in Budapest, the Millennium Gardens building complex is the newest element of the South Pest office corridor, which was built by our Group. The modern, all-glass, two-wing office building is located in the immediate vicinity of the Palace of Arts, the National Theater and the K&H headquarters, on the banks of the Danube. The building complex, designed with green solutions, will comprise 37,000 square meters of rentable office space, with rooftop terraces on top, offering a panoramic view of the Danube. The complex will also feature a spacious garden on the ground floor, several shops, a premium restaurant and a car park with more than 500 parking spaces.
