Our group also played a major role in the civil engineering and structural works of the third largest shopping and entertainment center in the country.

The construction above the Metro 4 tunnel was a special task, as it was not possible to directly load the beams and slabs on the existing structure of the metro structure, so a lower load distribution layer system had to be built under the supports. The construction of the high slabs presented similar challenges during the work.

The external appearance of the shopping center is defined and distinguished by the 1,200 square meter glass wall structure of the main entrance façade and the form of the box structures projecting and retracted in space on the façade. The latter - uniquely in Hungary - was constructed without any special structural support thanks to the special expertise of our company.
