Agora Budapest

With its office buildings and spacious community spaces, Agora Budapest is a unique new city center at the foot of the Árpád Bridge. The project was the largest structural engineering contract in the history of our Group, with the five-building office building covering 20,000 square meters of floor space. The modern building complex features a three-level underground garage with 2,170 parking spaces and electric charging points, and a considerable rental area of almost 130,000 square meters. The office buildings include a 17-storey high-rise including the ground floor. Our group has mobilized a wide range of its own capacity, both in terms of machinery and human resources: seven tower cranes were in operation at any one time, and it was not unusual for us to have nearly 300 colleagues working on the project at any one time. The second phase of the project is still to come, which will see the addition of three 60-meter office buildings to Agora.
