Our company is a 100% Hungarian-owned enterprise that started its reinforced steel processing operations in 2011 as a partner company of Bayer Construct Zrt.
In 2017, a modern, advanced reinforced steel processing line was installed in the newly built, 6,500-square-meter state-of-the-art production hall. With the help of the new production control and data processing software, steel processing can be monitored and tracked at every stage—from arrival to delivery to the construction site. Processed reinforced steel rebars are bundled by position and labeled with waterproof tags featuring barcodes and drawings.
Thanks to our experienced workforce and advanced technology, we serve customers within five business days, supplying precisely cut and bent rebars according to specifications.
The weight of incoming steel and finished rebars is checked using an installed bridge scale. A high-capacity overhead crane assists in the fast movement of rebars throughout the hall. Upon customer request, on-site assembly of the produced rebars is carried out by trained and experienced steel-fixing crews.
