Details of the project
In the heart of Budapest, following the necessary demolition works, the building was renewed by restoring the original façade designed by József Hild, blending classic architectural style with modern elements.
The building at 40 Király Street in downtown Budapest was revitalized by restoring the original façade designed by József Hild, blending classical architecture with modern elements.
The structural works for the project, developed by Triholding Kft., were carried out by Bayer Construct Zrt. between December 2016 and November 2017.
One of the key challenges during construction was that installing and dismantling the tower crane required a full closure of Király Street, while certain deliveries had to be managed with constant traffic restrictions on Vasvári Pál Street.
The ground floor plus seven-story building, which also includes an underground garage, features 106 apartments ranging in size from 25 to 95 square meters.
Luxury apartments were built on the rooftop garden, while the ground floor houses shops, restaurants, and cafés.
