At the foot of the Rákóczi Bridge, Millennium Gardens is being constructed as the final element of the Millennium City Center, marking the latest addition to the South Pest office corridor. The modern, fully glass-clad, twin-wing office building is located on the Danube riverbank, directly next to the Palace of Arts, the National Theatre, and the K&H headquarters. The investor entrusted Bayer Construct Zrt. with the structural construction of the 11-storey office complex, which consists of two building wings.
