Details of the project
WE CARRIED OUT STRUCTURAL WORKS COMMISSIONED BY EVENT HORIZONT CAPITAL ZRT.
Commissioned by Event Horizont Capital Zrt., the structural works of the wellness hotel under construction in Hévíz—developed by KÉSZ Kft. as the general contractor—were executed by Bayer Construct Zrt.
Due to its curved design, the building was constructed using traditional monolithic structural technology. The hotel features 14 pools of varying functions, each with a unique geometric layout. To complete the structure, 22,000 cubic meters of concrete and 2,900 tons of reinforcing steel were used, along with the execution of more than 90,000 square meters of formwork.
