Each unit is fully built in the factory, including the floor, walls, ceiling, and all interior finishes—complete with sanitary fittings, mirrors, and shower screens. A prefabricated bathroom module is a fully finished bathroom constructed in a factory. Each project is based on customized designs tailored to the specific building. The bathroom box can be basic or luxurious—any level of complexity can be delivered. The more complex the requirements, the greater the advantage of factory production in a controlled environment over on-site construction.
The floor, wall, and ceiling structures of the box are always made of concrete. After assembling the structure, plumbing and electrical installations are embedded within the walls and ceiling. Then, waterproofing is applied to the floor and walls. After tiling, the bathroom is fitted with a toilet, bathtub, shower enclosure, mirror, and accessories.
All construction processes of the turnkey bathroom boxes are subject to continuous quality control. Once delivered to the site, the modules are installed by trained professionals.
