Corvin 5

The Corvin 5 office and residential complex was the final element of one of Budapest's most significant urban regeneration projects and part of the largest city center regeneration programme in Central Europe. The Futureal Group's investment at the end of the Corvin Promenade was carried out in two phases over an area of 27,000 square meters, with Bayer Construct providing the reinforced concrete structure of the A-class building complex. The leasable area of the Corvin offices has been increased to 100,000 square meters, adding a new dimension to the entire district.
