Virágpiac Residential
Virágpiac Residential Park is located in a dynamically developing area of Budapest’s 13th district, in Angyalföld, on the site of the former flower market, bounded by Kerekes Street, Palóc Street, Szegedi Road, and Szent László Road. The aim of the development is to create a modern, energy-efficient, and livable residential environment that integrates seamlessly into the surrounding urban context and offers long-term value.
The residential complex, consisting of a single building, will include a total of 451 apartments in a variety of sizes and layouts. The apartments are designed to meet the needs of young professionals, first-time homebuyers, and families. Each unit features a balcony or terrace, providing additional living space.
The building is designed with a modern, clean architectural appearance and advanced technical solutions: apartments feature a 2.70-meter ceiling height, room-by-room controlled underfloor heating, and a heat pump system combined with individual split air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort.
