BAYER STRADA HEADQUARTERS

The building is one of the most striking industrial facilities in the Gyergyó Basin.
It was built in 1954 and originally operated as a dairy processing plant, as well as the country’s first milk powder factory.

During the renovation works, special emphasis was placed on preserving its architectural heritage, restoring decorative elements on the façade, and ensuring period-accurate reconstruction.

Today, the building serves multiple functions: it houses office spaces, a showroom, an accredited laboratory, and a canteen with its own kitchen.
