FREEZE-DRYING FACILITY

The prefabricated reinforced concrete production hall has a footprint of 9,800 m² and a total gross floor area of 10,250 m². While the hall is primarily single-storey, it also includes a partial mezzanine level. The roof and façade were constructed using insulated sandwich panels, in full compliance with current energy efficiency regulations.

The facility houses production units designed to meet strict international hygiene standards, fully supporting the needs of the technological processes. The functional layout includes cold storage rooms, warehouses, administrative offices, and mechanical engineering areas — all configured to meet the specific requirements of the manufacturing workflow.

Fire safety in the warehouse areas is ensured by the OxyReduct® prevention-based system, which continuously regulates oxygen levels to prevent combustion. This provides a significantly higher level of operational safety compared to conventional fire suppression systems.
