Project Details
INFANT FORMULA FACTORY
Production began in 1998 in the manufacturing facility with a floor area of 1,736 m² and a total gross floor area of 4,487 m². Equipped with Danish SPX Flow technology, the plant operated until the early 2000s, after which it was shut down for several years.
During the renovation, both the production technology and the supporting infrastructure underwent a full-scale refurbishment. Today, the modernized facility meets the strictest international standards in both functionality and material use.
Due to the specific nature of the end product, special attention was given to the construction of ISO Class 8 cleanrooms. Implementing these required a high level of expertise, precision, and experience, resulting in a facility that complies with the highest international hygiene and technological standards.
Mixing Plant:
The steel-framed facility, with a floor area of 753 m² and a total gross floor area of 1,401 m², was built as a tower structure to meet technological requirements. A unique aspect of the project was the parallel execution of the structural works and the technology installation. During construction, particular emphasis was placed on the precise creation of ISO Class 8 cleanrooms, which required specialized engineering solutions and a high level of professional expertise. As a result, the facility complies with the strictest international hygiene and quality assurance standards.
Packaging Plant:
The facility, with a floor area of 1,531 m² and a total gross floor area of 2,402 m², ensures the packaging of powdered products. Constructed from prefabricated reinforced concrete elements, the building serves two main functions: production and large-scale storage, along with auxiliary areas. In the production zone, the precise implementation of ISO Class 8 cleanrooms was a key requirement, ensuring high standards of hygiene.
