The facility serves the high-quality prefabrication needs of industrial buildings, office complexes, residential projects, and structural components such as walls, floor slabs, stairs, and other load-bearing elements. Its premium product portfolio includes hollow core slabs, double walls, insulated sandwich panels, staircases, columns, prestressed beams, and a wide range of custom, project-specific components.

With this cutting-edge technology, the plant addresses key challenges in the construction industry—capacity, construction time, and quality—by offering efficient, modern solutions. The use of precast elements significantly reduces construction time and costs, enhancing the efficiency of building projects.

14 Advanced Manufacturing Technologies

The construction of the factory incorporated numerous innovative technologies and modern solutions, most notably the seamless integration of 14 different production lines. As part of the development, 36 heat-extracting roof domes were installed, along with 1,700 square meters of skylight panels integrated into the roof structure.

Sustainability was a key consideration during the investment: solar panels were installed on the roof of the production hall to utilize renewable energy sources, further reinforcing the company’s commitment to environmentally conscious manufacturing.
